History

Core Kinetics Northwest was designed by Tara and built in 2003. Its beautiful wood floors, butter-cream walls, and farm accents will immediately allow you to leave your busy life at the door and focus on yourself. Whether you come for Pilates or Reiki, Tara will pamper you with detailed attention.

The studio is a safe and comfortable environment for both men and women to explore their body awareness and focus on their physical and mental health and fitness.

Location

Core Kinetics Northwest is located near the corner of Avondale & NE 116th St in Redmond, and is just 5 minutes from the east end of Hwy 520. After you turn onto NE 116th, the road immediately becomes rural. Beautiful farms and horses will enhance your route.
