A Reiki Circle is an event where people with or without Reiki experience have an opportunity to receive Reiki from a group of people as well as a chance to give Reiki to others.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and start enjoying the snacks and company. At 7:00 we will begin with a brief check-in to allow everybody a chance to introduce themselves and share any Reiki questions or experiences with the group. During some Reiki Circles, Tara will introduce a topic to discuss as a group for fun and personal growth.

The majority of the evening will be spent giving & receiving Reiki. Depending one the group size, we will either use 1 or 2 massage tables. One person at a time will lay on a table to receive Reiki from the rest of their group. Optimally, each person will have a 15-20 minutes Reiki session.

No experience with Reiki is necessary and this is a wonderful venue to explore Reiki for the first time.

Reiki Circles are generally scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month.
